River Network was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation [501(c)(3)] in the State of Oregon in 1988. Our primary mission is to help people understand, protect and restore rivers and their watersheds.
River Network operates and is audited on the accrual basis of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the principles of fund accounting.
