Our Partners are some of the smartest, wittiest and most interesting people we know...and we're not just saying that. Check out what some of them have to say via their blogs.
On September 3rd at 1 pm Eastern, you can sit in on a discussion with Robert Glennon about his new book -- Unquenchable: America's Water Crisis and What to Do About It. You must register for the webinar ahead of time but it is free!
If you aren't familiar with Glennon's work, you should be. He is the author of the very readable and interesting Water Follies -- a look at groundwater pumping in the U.S.. Glennon is the Morris K. Udall Professor of Law and Public Policy in the Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. And perhaps most impressively, he has held his own with John Stewart on The Daily Show.
Glennon will take questions on the webinar, so it should be more than your typical lecture. To read more about Unquenchable, read this good summary from WaterWired.
I'll be listening in on this, and hope you will be too!
Thanks to Katherine Luscher for a heads-up about this webinar via River Network's Partner listserve.
