Virtual version of western water quality standards training available

Author: Merritt Frey

It took us a little while to wrestle the technology into submission, but we've now posted a recorded version of the Clean Water West's first webinar -- Water Quality Standards in the Intermountain West.

The recorded version will allow those of you who were wait-listed or just plain missed the webinar to listen and watch the presentation. We had approximately 27 river advocates participate, and the discussion was a good one.

So check out the first webinar and share any comments here on how to make it better. Or share your thoughts on what the topic of our next webinar should be...another 101 on a specific Clean Water Act topic? A more advanced 201 or 301 session focused on a specific standards issue? A more discussion-based forum for strategic thinking on a regional issue?

We'll be announcing our next steps with these virtual discussions in the next week or so (via this blog and the Clean Water West listserve), so share your thoughts and stay tuned!

PS If you would like to join the Clean Water West email listserve, email mfrey@rivernetwork.org with your name, organization, state, and email address.
