Having spent the past 10 years providing technical support for various companies including Microsoft and Symantec, Ryan decided he'd had enough of the 'Cubicle Fortress' and went looking something different. By fate or good fortune, he wandered into the River Network office and knew he had found a place he could believe in. When Ryan is not installing software or talking the office technology through its issues (and when Ryan talks, computers listen), he is most likely exploring the grandeur of his native home Oregon, sitting in a Hot Springs or gazing toward the sky.
