River Network exists to help locally-led river and watershed groups survive and grow. We provide individualized support, publications and trainings created with you – the river conservationist – in mind. When you join the growing number of River Network Partners, you immediately tap into the best thinking the watershed movement has to offer.

For annual dues of only $100.00 River Network Partners receive:

• River Voices: Our informative quarterly journal devoted to river conservation and organization-building issues.

• River Fundraising Alert: Our bi-annual journal designed to help river and watershed organizations support themselves financially. Each issue also lists upcoming funding deadlines

• Special Publications: All Partners receive a 20% discount on River Network publications. And, as part of the welcome package, new partners can receive one of several books at no charge. Books to chose from include:

  • Starting Up: A Handbook for New River and Watershed Organizations
  • How to Save a River: A Handbook for Citizen Action
  • River Talk! Communicating a Watershed Message

• Insurance Discounts: A group-rate for Directors & Officers insurance exclusively for River Network Partners.

• Grants: When funding is available, Partners who meet the established criteria can apply for River Network Partner grants of up to $3,000.

• River Source Center: Partners can call a special toll-free number or contact us by email to receive assistance on conservation and organization-building issues; written references and how-to-materials; and referrals to individuals and organizations who can provide needed information and help.

• Electronic Networking: Partners can exchange information, share successes and keep in contact with the growing national river and watershed movement by joining our national and regional listservs and gaining access to our "Partners-only" section of our website.

• National River Rally: Partners can apply for scholarships and receive a discounted rate to attend River Network's annual River Rally--an opportunity to connect with hundreds of other river conservationists from across the country who meet for education, inspiration and celebration.
