Community Service Project at the National River Rally 2011

Leveraging the heart, skills and commitment of River Rally participants, River Network, U.S. EPA and more than thirty people rolled up their sleeves and--despite temperatures nearing 100 degrees -- installed a rain garden at a community center in N. Charleston's Chicora-Cherokee Community.
