Community Tool Box: Charettes

This resource introduces you to how to facilitate a charette--an intensive brainstorming session where participants share their ideas for improving natural and/or cultural resources. A charette involves experts, volunteers and community members coming together to cooperatively design solutions for resource challenges. In order to be effective this type of gathering requires a well defined message and devoted group of volunteers and stakeholders.
