Dorchester Citizens for Planned Growth: Draft Strategic Planning Process - Scope of Work

Project Objective: To assist DCPG with the development of a Strategic Plan that identifies what the organization intends to accomplish in the next 3-5 years and how it will direct its resources toward accomplishing those goals. The planning exercise may include a review and possible refinement of DCPG’s mission and vision for both itself and the community in which it works. At the end of the process DCPG will have a plan from which the annual work plan will be developed. Additional tasks that will need to be completed in the future to help implement the strategic plan and annual work plan are: develop the annual budget and develop the fundraising plan.
