MOU Regarding Organizational Development Services: For the Chester River Association

Project Objective: To expand the ability of the Chester River Association to implement its strategic goals through improved board involvement and board/ staff coordination.

General Approach: This is expected to be a nine-month consulting project. River Network (RN) will help the staff and board members of the Chester River Association (CRA) evaluate their operations and improve their long-term effectiveness towards strategic goals. Over the course of the project River Network expects to lead a ½ day evaluation session with the executive committee and a full day strategic plan review and implementation session with the full board and staff. We also expect periodic check-in calls to review progress on and modify the work plan included below.
