It looks at what it will take on behalf of both the public and private sectors to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to adequate levels in response to the threat of climate change. It is among the most detailed reports in terms of specifying what array of strategies should be implemented to combat global warming, and quantifying how much these strategies will reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
