Al Dietemann from Seattle Public Utilities is one of the nation's leading experts in water conservation and he gave this presentation during the Warming Watershed track at Winter Training 2008. Through aggressive water conservation and efficiency programs, Seattle has managed to reduce its annual water use by 26% while the population grew by 16% over the same period of time.
