River Habitat Program: Current Campaigns

The River Habitat Program works with watershed groups, local governments and others to protect and restore clean, flowing rivers support rich habitat for a diversity of fish, birds and wildlife. Active campaigns in the program include:

• Advocating for clean water and healthy habitat

• Establishing river buffers

• Connecting land & water: Blue Cities

• Protecting & restoring wetlands

• Connecting flow, quality & habitat

• Using volunteer monitoring and other data for action
