River Rally 2024 will take place at the L.V. Eberhard Center at Grand Valley State University, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The network will gather from Monday, May 13 to Thursday, May 16, on the banks of the Grand River.

Conference Center, Hotels, and Travel

The closest airport to the L.V. Eberhard Center and surrounding hotels is the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR). It is approximately 15 miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, and 20-25 minutes from the River Rally venue and both hotel options.

River Rally participants are responsible for booking their own lodging. River Network has secured room blocks at 2 hotels, both within walking distance of the River Rally venue. These hotel blocks always fill up, so book your stay early! 

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown

$149 per night, plus tax. This hotel is a 3-minute walk (.15 miles) from the entrance to the Eberhard Center.  The hotel also offers a shuttle, from 7am – 10:30pm, which will take you anywhere within a 2-mile radius of the hotel.

Courtyard Grand Rapids Downtown

$159 per night, plus tax. This hotel is a 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) across the river to the Eberhard Center, where most of River Rally programming will take place.
