Conference Center, Hotels, and Travel

River Rally participants are responsible for booking their own lodging. A block of rooms is available at the Hilton for Rally attendees at a discounted conference rate of $259 per night (plus tax). Registrants may make a reservation in the conference block online or call (202) 393-1000 and tell the agent that you are with River Network’s River Rally conference. You must reserve your room by April 15, 2022, in order to access the conference rate! This block always sells out, so register early!

Interested in sharing a room with another Rally attendee? Email riverrally@rivernetwork.org and a member of the River Network team will add you to a shared document where attendees can facilitate their own roommate arrangements.

The closest airport to the Capital Hilton is Ronald Reagan (DCA), which is only about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) and Dulles International (IAD) are both between 45 minutes and an hour away from the hotel, depending on traffic. There are no hotel shuttles available, so taxis and ride shares are the most efficient way to get to the hotel and conference center.

Valet parking is available at the Hilton, check this page for additional local parking guidance, coming soon.
