River Rally 2026 will be headquartered at the Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio. This premier hotel is located directly on the iconic Riverwalk, right next to dining options and downtown attractions. Special River Rally Room Rate

We’ve secured a special conference nightly rate of $194 plus tax, exclusively for River Rally attendees. The cutoff to make a reservation at this rate is Friday, April 17, 2026. Availability is limited and rooms will likely sell out, so we encourage booking early.

  • This is discounted from their standard rates, and includes free internet in guest rooms.
  • This rate is available 3 days before and after Rally, based on guest room availability at the time of the reservation request.
  • The third and fourth additional adult (18+) will each add a $20 charge per night.
  • Enjoy the heated rooftop pool, a fully outfitted fitness center, and onsite coffee shop, restaurants and bars.
  • Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty until 3 days before the reserved arrival day.

Transportation

Getting to River Rally 2026: San Antonio Airport and the Westin

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is just 9 miles away from the Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio. Transportation options between the airport and hotel include:

  • Rideshare: Typically the ride is 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and will cost $15-$30 depending on demand.
  • Bus:  The Line 7 bus (get off at St. Mary’s & Pecan and walk 10 minutes to the Westin) and the Line 5 bus (get off at St. Mary’s & Villita and walk 5 mins to the Westin) will take you from the airport downtown for a fare of $2.  The ride will range from 20-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • There are taxis available at the airport for flat rate or metered rides.
  • Rental cars are also available at the airport.

Parking

For those arriving by car:

  • The Westin only offers valet parking for $60 a night.
  • There is a Riverwalk Casa Rio surface lot for $20 a day, at 203 W Market St, which is a 5 minute walk.
  • There is also a public garage across the street from the hotel for $40 a day, at 421 W. Market Street.
