What is River Rally?

River Rally, hosted annually by River Network, is a national conference that focuses on education, inspiration and celebration with the river and water community. Unique in its focus on connecting peers, providing practical education, inspiring courage, and celebrating achievements, River Rally draws hundreds of people together every year from across the United States and beyond including NGO staff and volunteers, academics, agency and foundation representatives, industry innovators, college students, and community organizers.

When can I register?

River Rally 2017 registration is now open. Early bird registration ends on April 7, 2017.

Can I apply for a scholarship to attend River Rally?

River Network offers a limited number of scholarships for those who need financial assistance to attend River Rally.  On average, scholarship awards are $250 and are applied to help reduce registration fees, though we will do our best to ensure that every interested individual can join us.  Scholarship applications must be submitted through the conference registration system by 5:00pm PST on February 17, 2017.

How do I book my lodging at the hotel?

Please note that lodging reservations are separate from conference registration.  Detailed information about how to book with the group rate online or over the phone is provided upon completion of the conference registration process.

Can I bring guests to River Rally?

Guests are welcome to join you at River Rally for meals only. Guest meals are available for purchase via the registration process.

Can I volunteer at River Rally?

We are always looking for extra hands! Please contact us for more information about volunteer opportunities.

Photography and Filming Note: River Rally will have a professional photographer and/or videographer. Your attendance at River Rally events may be documented and your registration indicates consent to have any images or footage featuring you at River Rally to be used by River Network in related marketing materials, including our website. Should images or footage appear in marketing materials that you don’t wish to be featured in, you must notify River Network in writing and River Network will cease to further use your image or footage in any new materials.
